Caspar A. Szulc
President and Co-Founder
Caspar was born in Manhattan, New York, and grew up most of his life on Long Island. From an early age, he was exposed to a lifestyle of healthy diet, exercise and a holistic mentality. Caspar attended Boston University's School of Management where he received a degree in Marketing and Finance. He then worked as a financial analyst at State Street Global Advisors before starting the venture now known as Innovative Medicine. He has played a vital role in the growth of Innovative Medicine and is especially strong in product management, product launch and marketing. His strategic vision for Innovative Medicine focuses on three fundamental aspects: building awareness of the massive health benefits of alternative and holistic medicine; fostering innovation and utilizing the latest information to educate practitioners; and expanding advanced holistic medicine into new markets throughout the United States.Caspar now resides in Battery Park City, NYC. He enjoys mountain climbing (has ascended the highest peaks in Africa and Europe), tennis, mixed martial arts and travelling.

Mark Iwanicki
COO and Co-Founder
Mark was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He has always had an interest in natural medicine and healing. He was initially on track for Veterinary school but decided not to persue Veterinary school and instead co-founded Innovative Medicine LLC. Mark went to undergrad at Cornell University in Ithaca NY. He majored in Applied Economics and Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Mark enjoyed the natural living lifestyles promoted in Ithaca, NY and while there he took the time to become a Reiki Master. Mark is currently attending the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. On his free time he enjoys traveling, running, reading, cooking and NYTimes crossword puzzles.

Ben Ahrens
Sales Director
Ben grew up in Manhattan where he received his early education at the Rudolf Steiner Waldorf School. He went on to attend Lafayette College in Pennsylvania for Mechanical Engineering and graduated with a BA degree in Philosophy. Health and fitness have played an integral role in Ben's work and personal life. He holds certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition and Holistic Health. He also maintains specialties in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and is an accredited member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ben has traveled extensively and lived in Australia for a year while attending the University of Queensland in Brisbane. In his free time, he enjoys studying psychology, bioenergetics, behavior design, learning languages, cooking, and going surfing.

Myriam Guerrero
Sales Representative
Myriam was born and raised in Mission, Texas a small border town known for it's strong Hispanic Culture. She attended a private business school, Northwood University in Dallas Texas and double majored in Merchandising/Marketing & Business Management. Since graduating Myriam has honed her niche in Sales & Marketing over the past decade in a few industries putting her sales records at the top of many of her colleagues. She has been practicing a healthier lifestyle filled with holistic remedies and has seen vast results within her family as well as herself. Myriam lived and taught English in South Korea for three years, as well as practiced a natural homeopathic way of living and eating while living there. She is bilingual in Spanish and an avid learner of Korean. Myriam now resides in Manhattan, New York and enjoys travelling, and learning new languages!
